Bluegill Lures - The Micro Spinner Bait is a Great Lure

Bluegill are sick of worms, let face it, 1,000s of years of worms and bobbers. They need something different. If you don't like fishing with live bait and are willing to try something very interesting then you should experiment with some micro spinner baits. Bluegill are aggressive fish, and if presented with a flashy lures they will attack and inhale with reckless abandon.

The micro spinner bait will have a very small profile and a very big flash. So annuity settlement fish is lured in by the blade and then they attack the soft body of feather, plastic or hair. The great thing about fishing with micro spinners is that there is so many ways to fish them successfully. You can of course reel them in normal, but you can also Paxil them off the bottom and then reel them and let them sink. Because they have such small single hooks, you will not get stuck. Another method is to jig them off deeper drops or slowly reel them to allow them to sink and get deeper. Don't be surprised if a bass decides to take a stab at your offering.
